Market Leading Audio Quality The audio quality of the IMI-1000 is truly market leading, the IMI-1000 utilises a high quality DAC and output amplifier circuit as well as 5GHz WiFi to ensure the audio fidelity is optimised. IMI-1000 automatically re-pairs with your phone (iPhone or Android phone) 3. CarPlay/Android Auto Automatically starts up on your phone 4. Mercedes COMAND switches to CarPlay/Android Auto automatically 5. You can switch between the Mercedes interface and CarPlay by pressing and holding “HANG UP” or “STAR” on the central console Demonstration Video Here is a brief overview of the IMI-1000 which was installed into a W205 C43. Note that now you DO NOT need to activate aux as the IMI-1000 will utilise OEM bluetooth audio and you will not need the USB-AUX adapter shown in the video.
